2023 Rates

• May, October :               1.500 €/week or  215 € /day 
• June, September:           2.200 €/week or 315 € /day 
• July, August:                  3.000 €/week or 430 € / day

10 % discount for two weeks rental or more for months May -June-October

Notes

• Prices are in Euro, per week or per day 
• Minimum stay is 7 days (Shorter stays on request)
• Rates include maid service and linen change twice weekly

Payment terms

• 30% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation
• Balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival
